Conditional Waiting Time Analysis in Tandem Polling Queues

We analyze a tandem network of polling queues with two product types and stations. assume that external arrivals to the follow Poisson process, service times at each station are exponentially distributed. For this system, we determine mean conditional waiting time for an arriving customer using sample path analysis approach. The approach classifies system state upon arrival into scenarios exploits inherent structure in sequence events occur till departs obtain estimates. conduct numerical studies show both accuracy our estimates their practical importance.
